Our community uses the service called Cell-Gate to manage access to our properties. Below you will find a user guide for the app which allows you to communicate with visitors, create entry codes and control the gate remotely. This system will greatly increase security when we shift from 4 digit personal access codes to a QR code for visitors that can be controlled by the resident. We will continue to have a delivery code that can be used for couriers like Amazon and a contractor code, but since the system captures videos of the person accessing the community and their vehicle, we’ll no longer need to have individual codes. If you don’t have a smartphone, or you don’t want this additional capability, visitors can continue to contact you by phone. Our resident gate is accessed through UHF ID tags that are affixed to your vehicle. Every owner is allotted two tags, and additional units can be purchased. We have started using new tags, which mount outside of your vehicle. The new tags should be installed under your side-view mirror. A video is included below for your convenience.
