On May 28th, our new gate controls will be installed. We want to be sure that this transition goes smoothly, so please review the following tips and reminders.
- Your existing four digit access codes will remain active after the transition. The only difference is that you will not need to enter “*” before entering the code.
- If you are a resident, you will be receiving an email on May 24th with instructions on downloading the Cell-Gate application for your mobile phone and your login credentials. We will be sending reminders to ensure everyone can log into their accounts before we go live.
- This upgrade only affects the visitor gate system and pedestrian access. It will not impact the resident gate. Your stickers will continue to work as they do today and no changes are necessary to access our resident entry points.
